Where we come from
N90 Labs was forged inside a real product — Onroute.io, a logistics platform built on FileMaker that grew to 1,235 scripts, 154 tables, and hundreds of connected organisations over a decade of production use.
When the time came to modernise, we didn't just migrate the system. We built AI tooling that could parse every script, trace every dependency, and extract every line of business logic — turning what should have taken years into months.
That experience became our method. The same discipline that extracted a decade of complexity from Onroute.io now powers everything we build — from greenfield AI systems to legacy modernisation.

Founder
Neil founded N90 Labs after more than a decade building Onroute.io — a logistics platform that grew to 1,235 FileMaker scripts and 154 tables in production use, connecting hundreds of organisations across the supply chain.
When Onroute reached the limits of what FileMaker could support, Neil didn't just plan a migration. He built the AI tooling that parsed every script, traced every dependency, and extracted every line of business logic — turning what conventional firms quoted as a multi-year rebuild into months of incremental, evidence-led modernisation.
That extraction-first method is now the basis of every N90 engagement. Neil writes about the craft on the N90 blog and works hands-on with every client engagement.
